Regulatory Compliance and Permitting Services

BEM has provided environmental compliance and permitting services for a wide variety of private and federal sector clients. To support the permitting needs of our clients, BEM has been the lead technical and regulatory liaison with governing federal, state and local agencies involved in environmental compliance and regulatory issues. Specific services include:

• Federal and state stormwater permits and stormwater pollution prevention plans;
• Federal Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans and state equivalent plans, such as New Jersey Discharge Prevention Control and Countermeasure (DPCC) plans;
• Industrial wastewater discharge permits;
• Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Reporting (SARA Title III);
• RCRA permitting and reporting;
• Air permitting and air quality regulatory compliance (Title V), and
• Toxic release inventory review, preparation and submittal.
