Commercial Applications
BEM has developed several software tools that provide a platform
for addressing a wide range of environmental information management
needs. These tools can be modified to accommodate specific
client requirements.
- STOICS® (Storage Tank Operation Inventory and Compliance
System) manages data for underground storage tanks (USTs),
aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) and piping systems. STOICS
includes an embedded GIS module that lets you see where
the issues are as well as what they are.
- MatTrakTM assists users
in collecting, tracking, analyzing and reporting on
solid, liquid and gaseous materials movement and related
costs, including waste management, chemical inventory
tracking, asbestos/lead-based paint management, O&M,
and contaminated soil/sediment tracking. MatTrak's
embedded GIS module allows you to map out material
movement data in relation to property boundaries and
containment data (if any).
- PAECETrakTM (Property
Aquisition Environmental Cost Estimation) helps users
manage property acquisition information including
tax lot level data and tax lot groupings (parcels).
Embedded GIS functionality allows data-centric map
queries and views, including current property availability,
zoning, acquisition costs, and more.
- QC Central® is a software program used to manage laboratory
data for multiple projects, from planning to sampling to
data validation reporting, to reconciliation of laboratory
invoices. QC Central significantly reduces the time required
to manage and maintain quality control of analytical data.
- BEM ViewerTM, this value-added
deliverable, includes a built-in query builder that lets
you analyze your data quickly and easily, prepare map printouts
with one mouseclick and prepare customized tabular reports.
