QC Central®
QC Central® was developed by BEM to manage large quantities
of laboratory data from the planning stages through sampling,
validation, tabular presentation, data validation reporting,
generation of CAD map contamination tables, and reconciliation
of laboratory invoices. QC Central incorporates procedures
that have been long established by environmental professionals
for collecting, evaluating, validating, and reporting laboratory
data.

The QC Central system:
- Handles the data management needs of an entire company
with multiple facilities, or of an individual facility with
more limited data management needs;
- Manages projects that have laboratory costs ranging from
a few hundred dollars for a single, small sampling event
to several million dollars for multi-part, multi-year programs;
- Generates a comprehensive database of environmental data
that can be accessed by any software product that works
with Microsoft SQL Server, including GIS applications such
as ArcviewTM and ARC/INFOTM;
- Incorporates an intuitive interface that's methodical
and designed to follow the typical process for gathering
and reporting environmental data;
- Maintains historical data, and compiles a valuable body
of knowledge for current and future projects, and
- Includes powerful reporting capabilities, including multiple
standard report formats and can be customized to meet the
specific needs of individual users.
