Construction
BEM has provided a broad range of remedial construction services
for industrial clients encompassing many sizes and technologies.
Our construction management skills arise out of our background
in providing turnkey remediation projects for our clients
in the process industries, such as:
- Pre-construction services (including constructability
reviews)
- Initial planning
- Scheduling
- Preliminary labor surveys
- Preparation of contractor bid lists
The BEM team has Master Service Agreements with various
subcontractors and equipment rental companies for conducting
remediation and construction activities.
BEM's construction management effort is part of a fully
integrated design, procure, construct, start-up and
validate program. BEM can provide senior construction
management staff during all phases of a given project,
including key area and discipline superintendents. We
work closely with our clients to ensure efficient, cost
effective and timely management of fieldwork.
